Job summary

INNIO is seeking a Project Manager for Digital Service Tools to drive the Spare Parts Configurator and related digital initiatives across the Global Service Organization. You will align service requirements with digital enablers, roll out new features, and communicate progress to stakeholders in a fast-paced, international environment.

You will collaborate with the Digital team, Product Owners, and Field Service to ensure seamless integration, with a focus on strategy, deployment, and user

Qualifications

• Bachelor in engineering or related management area.
• Change management experience and process optimization.
• Solid background in project management.
• Relevant project and product management know-how.
• Project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Know-how of new technologies in the After Sales field.
• Willingness to travel (up to 10%).
• Business fluent in English and German (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Lead the Component Management project aligning business and user requirements with digital solutions.
• Program management of SPC-focused cross-functional projects with Engineering, IT and digital teams.
• Define KPIs and ensure transparency and follow-up on improvements.
• Define requirements and prioritize developments; lead implementation, testing and user support.
• Coordinate creation and update of training materials and curriculums for digital service tools.
• Address complex problems and translate into actionable items and statements.
• Drive service and process improvements including taxonomy mapping and AI-enabled service projects.
