BD is seeking a Service Desk Coordinator in Vienna to support the Global Customer Service team. You will oversee Dispensing Pyxis/PIC operations, manage escalations, and drive process improvements across the service desk with a strong focus on KPIs and SLAs.

The role requires fast-paced coordination, excellent English communication, and collaboration with Sales, Engineering, and Product Management to deliver integrated service solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent written and spoken English; Spanish preferred.
• Proficiency with common service desk tools and MS Office.

• Coordinate and oversee Service Desk operations for Dispensing Pyxis/PIC products.
• Resolve customer inquiries and incidents via 1st and 2nd line support.
• Serve as primary contact for customers and manage escalations.
• Drive workload distribution and ensure effective service delivery.
• Develop and improve Service Desk processes and procedures.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure SLAs are met.
