BD Austria Wien sucht einen Sales Representative Surgical Solution, der österreichische Kunden betreut, Verkaufsaktionen durchführt und Schulungen bietet. Du baust Beziehungen zu OP-Teams und Beschaffungsentscheidern auf.

Du bringst Vertriebserfahrung im Medizintechnikbereich, fließendes Deutsch und Englisch, Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft von 80–90% mit. Standort ist Wien; Vollzeit oder Teilzeit je nach Bedarf.

Job Description

Sales Representative Surgical Solution

Hauptaufgaben:

• Unterstützung vorhandener, sowie Gewinnung neuer Kunden in Österreich
• Proaktive Betreuung/Pflege aller neuen und bestehenden Kunden im entsprechenden Verkaufsgebiet:. Aktive Führung der Kundenkartei
• Durchführen von Verkaufs- und Schulungsaktionen sowie Präsentationen beim Kunden
• Aufnahme, Weiterleitung von Kundenbestellungen und -anfragen an Customer Services
• Durchführung aller verkaufsrelevanten Maßnahmen von Produktneueinführungen und Präsentationen bei Kunden, bis hin zu Vertragsverhandlungen und Begleitung der Abschlüsse
• Umsetzung der Verkaufsstrategien
• Erstellen von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen im Umfeld moderner Medizin und Anwendungsmethoden
• Steigerung des Umsatzes und des Marktanteils
• Unterstützung des Sales Managers mit Trainings und Kundenschulungen
• Repräsentation auf entsprechenden Kongressen und Messen
• Interne Kooperation mit Abteilungen wie Key Account, Marketing, Health Economics etc., um eine weitere Entwicklung des Verkaufsgebietes zu unterstützen
• Verantwortung für die quantitativen und qualitativen Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresziele (Target und Jährliche Leistungsbeurteilung)
• Erstellung, Verwaltung und Kontrolle des Umsatzbudgets
• Klinische Einweisung des Pflegepersonals.
• Entgegennahme und interne Weiterleitung von Reklamationen
• Region - Österreich - Salzburg/Wien

Dein Profil:

• Erfahrung als OP Schwester / Pharmareferent Ausbildung
• Erfahrung im Vertrieb und OP
• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
• Fließenden Englisch und Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
• Flexibilität
• Reisebereitschaft 80-90%
