AUSTRIA JUICE Group seeks a motivated Sensory Expert to design and drive sensory programs across R&D, Ingredient Portfolio, and Flavor & Applications teams. You will evaluate ingredients and products, define flavor profiles, and advance sensory data libraries in an international environment.

The successful candidate has a university degree in a related field, several years of sensory experience, and strong English; German language skills are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Completed university degree in Food Science, Nutritional Science, or a comparable field.
• Several years of industry experience in the food, flavor, or fragrance environment with a strong focus on sensory evaluation.
• Experience in conducting sensory tests and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Very good MS Office skills; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Highly organized and resilient professional with an independent, structured and detail-oriented working style, capable of thriving in an international environment.
• Active participation in group-wide projects.
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken; additional languages (especially German) are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Design, execution, and continuous development of sensory programs in close collaboration with R&D/NPD, Ingredient Portfolio, and Flavor & Applications teams.
• Sensory evaluation of ingredients and products, definition of flavor profiles, and active contribution to application and flavor evaluations.
• Maintenance and further development of sensory data, descriptors, lexicons, and flavor libraries across teams and regions.
• Analysis, interpretation, and communication of sensory results to relevant stakeholders, with continuous expansion of flavor and category expertise.
