AUSTRIA JUICE Group, Kroellendorf, is seeking an Internal Sales Manager Compound to support the sales team across production, marketing, QA, R&D, logistics and purchasing. You will manage inquiries, monitor contracts and assist in developing new beverages.

The role requires a completed commercial education, strong numeracy, and fluent German with good English. A home-office option and various employee benefits are offered in a collaborative international group.

Qualificações

• Completed commercial training (HAK, HLW, business studies).
• Professional experience is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills expected.
• Independent & proactive work style required.
• Interest in beverage/food/nutrition sector.
• Strong understanding of numbers and business sense.
• Business fluent German and good English skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support sales as an interface to production, marketing, QA, R&D, logistics and purchasing.
• Handle and process customer inquiries with the sales team.
• Monitor current contracts.
• Create calculations, sample requests and development orders.
• Support coordination of development projects for new beverages.
• Organize product tastings.
• Independently support customers up to EUR 100k sales volume.
• Assist with market analyses and sales strategy development.
• Prepare and organize customer visits in coordination with sales.

For our location in Kroellendorf we are looking for a motivated personality ready to join our Sales department as Internal Sales Manager Compounds (all genders).

YOUR MISSION

• Support our sales team as an interface to production, marketing, QA, research & development, logistics and purchasing
• Handling & processing customer inquiries in close cooperation with the sales team
• Monitoring current contracts
• Creation of calculations, sample requests and development orders
• Supporting the coordination of development projects for new beverages
• Organization of product tastings
• Independent support of customers in the food industry up to a sales volume of approx. EUR 100k
• Support with market analyses & resulting further development of the sales strategy
• Independent preparation & organization of customer visits in coordination with the sale
