Job summary

XPENG in Graz, Austria, is seeking a senior frontline rework technician responsible for mechanical and electrical rework on finished vehicles. You will work with production systems to ensure rework closure before delivery.

Responsibilities include rework on vehicles from the final assembly line, entering fault causes and repair outcomes into MES and XPENG systems in real time, strictly following work instructions and safety rules, and supporting quality and process engineers as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in automotive rework or final assembly.
• Proficient with production systems and data entry.
• Fluent German; basic English; Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform rework on vehicles from the final assembly line for mechanical and electrical faults.
• Enter rework details, fault causes, and repair outcomes into MES and XPENG systems in real time.
• Follow work instructions and safety rules; maintain rework tools and 5S on site.
• Support quality/process engineers with issue reproduction, verification, and batch troubleshooting.
