Job summary

XPENG is seeking an on-site Logistics Execution specialist in Graz, Austria to bridge Magna’s plant floor and the domestic team. You will verify inbound materials, coordinate rework part flow, and manage physical inventory to ensure accurate records and production continuity.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in automotive logistics, fluent German for on-site communication, and strong computer skills with WMS/ERP systems. Knowledge of cross‑functional coordination is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on logistics/warehousing experience in an automotive plant.
• Familiar with the full cycle of material receiving and inventory counting.
• Fluent in German on-site; basic English reading/writing; Mandarin preferred.
• Solid computer skills; able to learn Magna and XPeng internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Verify incoming materials for packaging damage, quantity discrepancies, and defects; report anomalies and close loops.
• Coordinate on-site rework part requests and ensure supply for production rework.
• Coordinate regular physical inventory counts and reconcile data; identify variances.
• Operate Magna and XPeng logistics management systems and maintain 5S warehouse standards; support process improvements.
