Job summary

XPENG Austria seeks an After Sales Support Specialist to ensure excellent dealer support on spare parts, warranty topics and technical inquiries. You will report to the After Sales Manager Austria and coordinate with dealers, service partners and internal teams across Austria.

The ideal candidate has a technical automotive background (HTL), HV certification or EV experience, fluent German and English, and at least 5 years in after-sales operations at an OEM, importer or dealer.

Qualifications

• Technical automotive education or engineering qualification (HTL).
• HV certification and EV experience preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in automotive after-sales operations.
• Strong knowledge of warranty administration and dealer support.
• Fluent German and English with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional dealer support on spare part and warranty topics, and handle diagnostics and escalations.
• Manage warranty processes, approvals and audit readiness.
• Oversee spare parts administration, inventory and logistics coordination.
• Monitor dealer KPIs and coordinate recall campaigns and service actions.
• Support onboarding of new dealers and handle escalated customer complaints.

Position Summary

• As the After Sales Support Specialist in Austria, you are responsible for excellence customer support and reporting directly to the After Sales Manager in Austria.
• Act as the primary aftersales interface between XPENG Austria and Dealers/Service partners.
• Ensure consistent and highly professional support and administration on spare parts, warranty and technical inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional dealer support on spare part- and warranty topics as well as dealer support for diagnostics, repair, maintenance and technical escalations.
• Manage warranty processes, approvals, claim quality and audit readiness.
• Ensure spare parts administration, inventory monitoring and logistics coordination.
• Monitor dealer KPIs including CSI, workshop productivity, fix-right-first-time, warranty performance and campaign completion rates.
• Coordinate recall campaigns, service actions and technical bulletins.
• Support new dealers on boarding, handle escalated customer complaints and ensure rapid problem solving.
• Collaborate with DACH Aftersales teams to identify recurring field issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across service, parts and warranty operations.
• Support budgeting, reporting and market analysis for aftersales operations.
• Promote accessories, service campaigns and customer retention initiatives.
• Support on Training Activities.

Qualifications

• Technical automotive education or engineering qualification (HTL)
• High Voltage (HV) certification and EV experience preferred.
• Experience on Electric vehicle Software architecture, programming, flashing and coding is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in automotive OEM, importer or dealer after‑sales operations.
• Strong knowledge of warranty administration, dealer support, parts logistics and technical service processes
• Experience working with dealer management systems and OEM portals.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and team player skills is a must .
• Structured, analytical and solution-oriented mindset is a must.
• Ability to travel within Austria
• Fluent German and English.
