Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is building AI-powered capabilities for TeamViewer Session Insights and our broader AI platform. You will design and implement services enabling intelligent workflows, automation, and seamless user experiences in production.

You will collaborate with product, platform, and security teams to deliver secure, scalable AI solutions, define success metrics, and continuously improve models and tooling across global teams.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with production-grade systems.
• Hands-on AI experience including LLMs, retrieval, tools integrations, and orchestration.
• Define success metrics and use data to improve outcomes.
• Strong software architecture and distributed systems knowledge.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with strong Python expertise and a track record of delivering production‑grade systems
• Java/Kotlin experience are a plus
• Hands‑on experience building and deploying AI‑powered applications, platforms, or intelligent automation solutions
• Experience with modern AI technologies, including LLMs, retrieval systems, tool integrations, and workflow orchestration
• Ability to define success metrics, evaluate system performance, and use data to improve outcomes
• Strong understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, and cloud‑based applications
• Familiarity with deploying AI systems in production, including reliability, security, scalability, and performance challenges
• Experience using AI‑assisted development tools while maintaining high standards for code quality and maintainability
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across global teams
