Jobtailor is building AI-powered capabilities for TeamViewer Session Insights and our broader AI platform. You will design and implement services enabling intelligent workflows, automation, and seamless user experiences in production.

You will collaborate with product, platform, and security teams to deliver secure, scalable AI solutions, define success metrics, and continuously improve models and tooling across global teams.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with production-grade systems.
• Hands-on AI experience including LLMs, retrieval, tools integrations, and orchestration.
• Define success metrics and use data to improve outcomes.
• Strong software architecture and distributed systems knowledge.
• Experience deploying AI systems in production with reliability and security.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools and maintaining code quality.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across global teams.

• Build AI-powered capabilities for TeamViewer Session Insights and the broader AI platform.
• Design and develop services enabling intelligent workflows, automation, and seamless user experiences.
• Define testing and evaluation approaches for AI feature quality, reliability, and performance.
• Improve AI solutions through experimentation, iteration, and data-driven decision making.
• Optimize AI services for scalability, performance, cost efficiency, and reliability in production.
• Partner with product, platform, and security teams to deliver secure, customer-facing capabilities.
• Contribute to engineering best practices and use AI-assisted development tools to increase productivity and quality.
• Help transform raw session data into insights, automation, and productivity gains for customers worldwide.
