NVISO is seeking a Senior Security Operations Engineering Manager (m/w/d) based in Austria to grow its SOE business and lead senior delivery capabilities. You will own revenue targets and the sales pipeline while guiding delivery quality, staffing and profitability for a portfolio of strategic clients.

You bring eight+ years in cyber security with SOC expertise and at least three years in business development or commercially oriented consulting.

Qualificações

• Minimum 8 years of experience in cyber security with a strong SOC background.
• At least 3 years in business development, sales or commercially oriented consulting.
• Experience growing cyber-security services through new business and long-term account development.
• Experience leading complex professional-services engagements and delivery risk.

Responsabilidades

• Own the SOE revenue target and sales pipeline, including new business and account expansion.
• Build customer relationships and lead proposals, SOWs, RFP responses and tenders.
• Work with team leaders to manage delivery quality, staffing, utilization, profitability and risk.
• Provide functional leadership to SOE consultants and coaching to senior staff.
