Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Physics, Applied Chemistry or Materials Science.
• At least 5 years' experience in Silicon Carbide epitaxy.
• Experience optimizing tools and processes for high-performance, reliable SiC devices.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for development and optimization of SiC epitaxy single-process solutions focusing on reliability and yield for world-class devices.
• Hand over qualified processes and control concepts to the production team.
• Collaborate closely with the technology development team and production in Villach and Kulim.
