Service Design Jobs is seeking a skilled professional to develop and implement user-centered service solutions in collaboration with our UX designers. You will plan and run workshops with clients and interdisciplinary teams to co-create innovative service concepts and advise on service design and business-model optimization.
You will conduct qualitative user research, identify pain points, and craft customer journeys, personas, and service blueprints.
Formación
- Experience conducting qualitative user research across remote or on-site settings.
- Ability to plan and run client workshops with interdisciplinary teams.
- Strong understanding of service design and business model optimization.
- Proven track record in creating customer journeys, personas, and service blueprints.
- Proficient in using AI tools to enhance workflow.
Responsabilidades
- Develop and implement user-centered service solutions from research to prototyping with UX designers.
- Plan and conduct workshops with clients and interdisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions.
- Advise clients on service design and optimization of business models through innovative services.
- Lead qualitative user research activities, including recruitment, guidelines, moderation & evaluation.
