Zusammenfassung

Planon seeks an accomplished UI/UX Design Lead to shape the vision across our digital platforms. You will modernize front-end architecture, unify legacy and new interfaces, and establish scalable design governance reporting to the CPO.

You will lead 7 designers, drive AI-enabled design tools adoption, and stay ahead of UX methodologies while delivering a cohesive user experience across products.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of UI/UX design in a product environment.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring design teams.
• Experience with Mobile applications and AI collaboration with Engineering.
• Proven ability to collaborate with tech teams to integrate legacy and modern interfaces.
• Experience with meta-driven front-ends (Angular, React, etc).
• Fluent in English (must).
• Experience blending legacy and modern front-end approaches.

Aufgaben

• Define and lead the UI/UX design strategy across all digital products.
• Create a unified design framework bridging legacy systems with modern front-end architecture.
• Establish long-term design principles and governance for product development.
• Identify and implement the design glue between legacy interfaces and modern experiences.
• Lead and mentor a team of 7 UI/UX designers by providing direction and support.
• Evaluate and introduce modern design tools and AI-enabled design workflows.
• Ensure the design organization remains up to date with emerging UX/UI methodologies.
