Board International is seeking a passionate and innovative UX Designer to join our dynamic UX team. Reporting to the Head of UX Design, you will influence product direction and drive innovation through user-centered design.

You will collaborate with Product Managers, Developers and designers to create clear, usable experiences for our enterprise software, applying usability heuristics and contributing to design standards across Board's solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Strong UX portfolio with enterprise software
• Experience with user-centered design processes
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand goals and design requirements
• Translate user needs and business objectives into clear design solutions
• Rapidly create and iterate designs using diagrams, wireframes, and interactive prototypes with clear specs
• Apply design solutions within the Board platform and adapt to platform constraints
• Leverage the pattern library and collaborate with the UI infrastructure team to expand it
• Communicate design rationale and user-centered design processes effectively
• Contribute to evolving design standards and guidelines across Board solutions
• Apply usability heuristics and evaluate features with improvement suggestions
