Qualifikationen

• Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics and practical device development.
• Experience in charge-domain pixel/device design and state-of-the-art charge-domain techniques.
• Hands-on TCAD experience, particularly Synopsys Sentaurus.
• Experience developing and optimising devices for production.
• Master's or PhD in Physics, Microelectronics, Semiconductor Engineering, or a related field.

Aufgaben

• Develop semiconductor devices from concept and architecture through characterization, qualification, and production.
• Apply device physics, simulation, and modelling to optimize performance and identify failure mechanisms.
• Define and optimize device structures, process requirements, operating conditions, specifications, and design rules.
• Analyze silicon and electrical characterisation data to drive device and process improvements.
• Lead root-cause analysis and resolution of device-related technical issues.
• Collaborate closely with process integration, technology development, circuit design, layout, characterisation, and manufacturing teams.
• Drive successful transition of new devices from R&D into reliable, repeatable mass production.
