Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or PhD in Systems Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics (or closely related field)
• 8+ years of relevant engineering experience in complex multidisciplinary product development
• Proven people management with 4–6 years leading engineering teams
• Strong understanding of product development processes: requirements, architecture, interface management, design reviews, risk management, verification, validation, release
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and technical issues
• Ability to work with diverse internal and external teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent oral and written English

Aufgaben

• Build, lead and develop a team of Systems Engineers for architecture, requirements, integration and risk management.
• Manage team performance, workforce planning, hiring, onboarding and talent development.
• Assign resources to programs based on priorities, complexity and competencies.
• Develop engineers' ability to lead cross-functional teams and sound system-level decisions.
• Identify and resolve potential design conflicts and cross-functional issues early.
• Provide oversight to ensure hardware and tool software work together to meet system goals.
