• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and upgrade customer equipment.
• Troubleshoot using diagnostic tools and established procedures.
• Follow documented task plans and maintain records.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams; lead projects when needed.
• Train and mentor junior Field Service Engineers.
• Fulfill additional duties as assigned.
