Job summary

Quantum Technology Laboratories GmbH (qtlabs) seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex space/tech projects from contract to delivery. You will coordinate with ESA, EU, and FFG and manage scope, budget, schedule, and risks while guiding multidisciplinary teams.

You will serve as the main interface to customers, build lasting relationships, and drive process improvements and proposal activity in a fast-growing deep-tech setting.

Qualifications

Formal technical or scientific education is required.
Several years of project management experience in high-tech environments, space preferred.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead complex technology projects from contract award to delivery.
Coordinate with external partners (ESA, EU, FFG) and internal teams.
Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and performance.
Interface with customers and build long-term relationships.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
Proactively manage changes, risks and mitigation actions.
Contribute to proposals and business growth; support continuous improvement.
