You will lead generation, bid management, and account development, collaborating with R&D to translate complex capabilities into customer value.

The role blends technical insight with strategic selling in a hybrid work setup, offering exposure to conferences, tailored sales tools, and a dynamic team culture.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in a technical or natural science with an understanding of optics and quantum physics.
• At least 2 years in a B2B sales role, preferably in space, photonic tech, or telecom.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English (German a plus).
• Independent with proactive sales mindset, able to manage bids and coordinate with R&D.

Aufgaben

• Lead generation.
• Commercial bid management.
• Engage with customers to capture functional, operational, and technical requirements.
• Provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle, including customer meetings, proposals, and documentation.
• Account management and customer education.
