Job summary

Qualifications

• Technical or scientific degree completed (HTL/university).
• Several years of project management experience in a high-tech industrial environment (Space preferred).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good command of German and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technology projects from contract award to delivery.
• Coordinate with external partners like ESA, EU, and FFG.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and performance.
• Interface with customers and build long-term relationships.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate external partners.
• Proactively manage changes and mitigation actions.
• Contribute to proposals, bid activities and business growth.
