Job summary

Quantum Technology Laboratories GmbH in Vienna seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex technology programs from contract award to delivery. You will coordinate customers, budgets, schedules, scope and risks while guiding multidisciplinary teams in an international environment.

You will collaborate with external partners such as ESA, EU, and FFG, drive continuous improvement, and support proposals and business growth.

Qualifications

• Several years of project management experience in a high-tech industrial environment (space industry preferred).
• Flexible, organized, and independent working style.
• Excellent communication skills and strong customer focus.
• German and English proficiency, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Independent project execution and coordination with external partners.
• Lead complex projects from contract award through to successful delivery.
• Take responsibility for project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and performance.
• Act as the key interface to customers and build long-term relationships.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate external partners.
• Proactively manage changes, risks, deviations, and mitigation actions.
• Contribute to proposal and bid activities and support business growth.
• Coordinate with Portfolio Management.
• Support and enable project managers by introducing best practices.
