Job summary

EH Group Engineering is seeking a highly organised Senior Project Manager & Coordinator to plan, coordinate and drive cross-functional projects from concept through to delivery.

You will define scope, milestones and budgets, manage risks, and act as the central contact for internal teams and external partners. Fluent English and French are required; PMP is a plus. Start date: Immediately.

Qualifications

• BSc/MSc in engineering, management or related field is mandatory.
• 6–8 years of technical project management delivering complex hardware or powertrain products.
• Understanding of product development, supply chain and industrialisation.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project or similar, and ERP systems.
• Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Team player who can work autonomously.
• Fluent English and French; German or another language a plus.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and coordinate engineering and industrialisation projects across multiple teams.
• Define project scope, milestones, budgets and deliverables and track progress against them.
• Coordinate procurement, engineering and production activities to keep projects on time.
• Manage risks, issues and dependencies and escape where needed.
• Act as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards and reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.
