Job summary

CellCube Energy Storage is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex BESS and energy infrastructure projects from initiation to close-out. You will own on-site execution, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage interfaces, and ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery.

You will lead stakeholder governance, drive planning, budgeting, and risk mitigation, and serve as the principal operational interface with customers, suppliers, and EPCs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing complex technical projects with significant on-site execution.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation, commissioning, and interfaces.
• Proven track record in large-scale energy, EPC, or construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full execution of complex BESS and energy projects from handover to close-out.
• Own on-site project execution, electrical scope, interfaces, and HSE compliance.
• Coordinate stakeholders across engineering, supply chain, production/assembly, logistics, service, finance, legal, customers, EPCs, contractors, utilities, and grid operators.
• Drive execution planning, site mobilization, construction sequencing, installation strategy, interface management, and commissioning preparation.
• Ensure alignment of technical delivery conditions, site requirements, and installation prerequisites during project execution.
• Lead regular project meetings with internal teams, customers, contractors, and suppliers; ensure communication and decisions.
• Act as the main operational customer interface and represent the company with authority and seniority.
• Manage schedule, budget, milestones, resources, cash topics, and overall project performance.
• Identify risks and mitigation actions early and implement proactive solutions.
• Oversee site setup, installation activities, testing, commissioning support, punch lists, and final acceptance.
• Ensure compliance with codes, permits, HSE, and governance processes.
• Maintain high-quality reporting, forecasting, and management visibility throughout the lifecycle.
• Provide leadership and develop project execution standards and best practices.
