Job summary

EH Group Engineering is seeking a highly organised Senior Project Manager & Coordinator to plan, coordinate and drive cross-functional projects from concept through to delivery.

You will define scope, milestones and budgets, manage risks, and act as the central contact for internal teams and external partners. Fluent English and French are required; PMP is a plus. Start date: Immediately.

Qualifications

• BSc/MSc in engineering, management or related field is mandatory.
• 6–8 years of technical project management delivering complex hardware or powertrain products.
• Understanding of product development, supply chain and industrialisation.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project or similar, and ERP systems.
• Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Team player who can work autonomously.
• Fluent English and French; German or another language a plus.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement, engineering and production activities to keep projects on time.

• Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards and reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.

Skills and Experience Required:

• BSc/MSc level or equivalent in engineering, management or a related field is mandatory
• Minimum 6-8 years of technical project management experience delivering complex hardware, electromechanical, or powertrain products in Fuel Cell, Hydrogen Systems, Clean Energy, Automotive, Mobility, or Aerospace environments.
• Solid understanding of product development, supply chain and industrialisation processes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, project planning tools (ex. MS Project or equivalent) and ERP systems
• Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Team player with the ability to function autonomously
• Excellent spoken and written English/French is mandatory; German or another language is a plus
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus
