Partners Group is seeking a Lead Product Manager to join our Product Management team in Zug, Switzerland. You will own end-to-end product launches, drive key fund restructurings and optimize stakeholder satisfaction across clients and service providers.

The role requires 9+ years in asset management, strong leadership and the ability to mentor junior team members while partnering with sales, structuring and operations to deliver ambitious investment programs.

Qualifikationen

• 9+ years of experience in asset management or private markets.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management across internal teams, external partners, and client relationships.
• Experience with process improvements, automation solutions, and digitization initiatives.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end product launch management and fund restructurings with cross-functional teams and external providers.
• Engage internal and external stakeholders across the product lifecycle to drive satisfaction and deliver robust solutions.
• Identify and drive process optimization, automation and digitization to scale operations.
• Partner with sales teams to find client-centered solutions and represent operational capabilities.
• Mentor and develop junior Product Managers and deliver targeted education for the team.
• Own innovation initiatives in product development and operations.
• Lead cross-business-unit projects and strategic initiatives.
