ISG Personalmanagement GmbH in Vienna is seeking a Senior Product Manager for a leading social investing platform in the DACH region. You will own the product vision and drive data-led innovations to grow the user base.

Join a fast-paced fintech with executive leadership, working on end-to-end user experiences, growth hacking, and BI-driven decisions, coordinating with marketing, finance, and tech teams. Fluency in German and English is required, with several years of agile B2C product

Formación

• Several years of solid experience in agile product management for B2C software products.
• Growth hacking and data-driven scaling of digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of capital investments, securities, and the stock market.
• Excellent grasp of BI, data workflows, and user behavior analytics.
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is required.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product vision and define the roadmap based on customer needs, market analysis and fintech trends.
• Design and optimize the end-to-end user experience across all digital touchpoints.
• Prioritize the backlog and collaborate with development, design, QA, and BI teams for feature delivery.
• Develop and execute growth initiatives in coordination with marketing, banking, and media partners.
• Gather qualitative and quantitative feedback and leverage BI for continuous product enhancement.

Senior Product Manager (m/w/d)

For over a decade, this established fintech has been connecting investors transparently and digitally with successful investment strategies. For its next phase of growth, the company is expanding its Product Management team in Vienna.

Your Mission

Working directly with executive leadership, you will shape the future of digital capital investment. You will take full ownership of the product vision, drive data-led innovations, and leverage creative growth-hacking approaches to continuously expand the user base.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Product Vision & Roadmap: Define innovative product concepts based on customer needs, market analysis, and fintech trends.
• Customer Journey & Prototyping: Design and optimize the end-to-end user experience across all digital touchpoints.
• Agile Product Management: Prioritize the backlog and collaborate closely with development, design, QA, and BI teams to ensure seamless feature delivery.
• Growth Hacking (B2C): Develop and execute creative growth initiatives in coordination with marketing, banking, and media partners.
• Data-driven Decisions: Gather qualitative and quantitative customer feedback and leverage business intelligence for continuous product enhancement.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: Several years of solid experience in agile product management for B2C software products.
• Growth Mindset: Proven track record in B2C growth hacking and data-driven scaling of digital platforms.
• Financial Market Enthusiasm: Strong understanding of and passion for capital investments, securities, and the stock market.
• Analytical Strength: Excellent grasp of business intelligence, data workflows, and user behavior analytics.
• Language Skills: Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken) is strictly required.
