Jobgether is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer - Core UX to join a global engineering team in Switzerland. You will refine product experiences, ensure consistency, and deliver polished, scalable solutions across frontend and backend.

The role emphasizes ownership, craftsmanship, and collaboration with data, ML, and DevOps teams in a fast-paced environment. A B2B/contract arrangement is expected, with visa sponsorship unavailable.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong fundamentals: design, debugging, architecture, problem solving.
• Experience with modern frontend framework, preferably React.
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python or equivalent OO languages.
• Experience with serverless tech and cloud environments (AWS).
• Experience with asynchronous workflows and scalable backends.
• Relational database experience, ideally PostgreSQL.
• Attention to detail and high-quality UX focus.
• Demonstrated ownership and ability to drive projects with limited supervision.
• Excellent communication in a distributed, cross-functional environment.
• Comfort with experimentation, metrics, and rapid iteration.
• Experience with LLMs, generative AI, or distributed systems is advantageous.

• Design, develop, debug, and maintain scalable full-stack solutions.

• Own projects end-to-end from problem definition to delivery.
