Zusammenfassung

Camunda is seeking a Product Builder to shape the enterprise and governance experience of Camunda Hub. You’ll combine product thinking, UX judgment, and hands-on execution within the Enterprise & Governance pod, driving end-to-end product delivery for access control, workspace/tenant management, audit/compliance, and platform settings.

This high-ownership role collaborates with customers, forward deployed engineers, and other builders in a global, remote-first setup.

Qualifikationen

• Experience shipping product in a software environment.
• Ability to work across product thinking, user experience, and hands-on delivery.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and turning open-ended problems into practical next steps.
• Strong collaboration and communication in a remote-first, pod-based environment.

• Discover and clarify meaningful user problems for administrators and enterprise architects.
• Shape product direction through practical judgment and fast iteration.
• Prototype, build, harden, ship, and iterate on product improvements across enterprise surfaces.
• Use AI tools effectively to accelerate drafts, steps, and iteration while maintaining quality.
• Collaborate with other builders to turn ideas into shipped outcomes across boundaries with Core/Identity.
• Improve speed, quality, and effectiveness of end-to-end pod delivery.
