Camunda is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a remote, high-leverage platform team and guide the evolution toward a scalable zero-toil CI/CD platform for 150+ engineers across 20+ teams.

You’ll grow, mentor, and coach engineers, drive AI-driven automation, architect cloud infrastructure, and align technical roadmap with business goals in a remote, async-first environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading remote, async-first platform teams.
• Senior technical depth in cloud and CI/CD systems.
• Backend engineering background, Python or similar.
