Job summary

Jobgether SRL in Austria is seeking a Senior Product Analyst (CX) to drive data-informed product decisions. You will own the product metrics framework, validate dashboards, and collaborate with Product and Data teams to identify anomalies and growth opportunities.

You will design and analyze A/B tests, specify data-tracking for experiments, and translate insights into actionable recommendations that guide prioritization and strategy across a distributed organization.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of mathematical statistics and probability theory.
• Advanced proficiency in data extraction, processing, analysis, and visualization using SQL, Python and Excel.
• Experience designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests with statistical evaluation.
• Strong understanding of marketing and product metrics to evaluate performance and guide decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the product metrics tree with clear definitions.
• Validate metrics and dashboards with Data Engineering for reliable reporting.
• Investigate anomalies and translate data into actionable insights.
• Design and analyze A/B tests, including sample size and MDET.
• Define data-tracking requirements for experiments and instrumentation.
• Maintain an archive of experiments with actionable recommendations.
