Admiral Technologies GmbH in Austria seeks a full-time Product Manager to shape a modern web/portal product for customers. You will drive strategy, help craft the roadmap and own the development lifecycle from concept to launch.

The role requires 3+ years in agile software settings, plus German and English fluency. A technical education (HTL or FH) is preferred, with telework up to 50% and a competitive salary package.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in agile software development.
• Technical background or online product experience preferred.
• German and English language skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Creation and development of concepts for a modern portal product for web and shop customers.
• Collaborate on product strategy and roadmap to support company goals.
• Own the full development lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Create and refine user stories, monitor progress, collect feedback, and track deadlines.
• Establish KPIs/OKRs to measure portal performance and inform decisions.
• Analyze user behavior, funnel performance and adoption trends for growth.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Serve as contact for Marketing and Service Center and support new features.
