Zusammenfassung

REWE International AG in Vienna seeks a Senior Specialist Business Analyst to bridge business and technology for our CRM programs across international markets. You will translate complex requirements into scalable CRM solutions and help shape future customer engagement platforms.

You will lead international CRM initiatives, liaise with stakeholders and IT teams, document requirements, design solutions, and support end-to-end delivery, including testing, deployment, and post-go-live optimization.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst in IT projects.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles and requirements management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence decisions.
• Excellent analytical thinking and communication skills.
• Experience in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban/hybrid).
• Hands-on with Jira and Confluence.
• Familiar with CRM platforms and customer engagement solutions.
• Knowledge of data integration and marketing tech ecosystems.
• Self-driven and organized in cross-functional international environments.
• Fluent in English.

Aufgaben

• Lead international CRM initiatives from concept to rollout.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders, trading companies, and technical teams.
• Analyse and document requirements into specifications.
• Drive end-to-end solution delivery including testing and deployment.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions across countries.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, QA, and vendors.
• Identify optimization opportunities within the CRM landscape.
• Conduct market research and vendor evaluations.
• Ensure alignment with data governance and customer engagement strategies.
• Mentor junior team members and improve BA practices.
