Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Analyst (CX) based in Austria to join a partner-led team. You will own the product metrics framework, investigate anomalies, and translate data into actionable insights that guide product decisions and growth.

You will design and analyze A/B tests, validate hypotheses, and collaborate with Product and Data teams to ensure reliable reporting and data-quality. This remote role requires a strong statistics background and thrives in a distributed environment.

Qualifications

• A higher education degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, or another relevant technical discipline.
• Strong knowledge of mathematical statistics and probability theory.
• Advanced proficiency in data extraction, processing, analysis, and visualization using MS SQL, Python, and Excel.
• Deep practical experience designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously evolve the product metrics tree with clear definitions and a north-star metric.
• Validate metrics and dashboards, ensuring reliable reporting.
• Investigate fluctuations and anomalies with product leads.
• Conduct ad-hoc research to uncover bottlenecks and growth opportunities.
• Validate hypotheses through quantitative analysis and prioritize problems by impact.
• Design and analyze A/B tests including sample size and MDEs.
• Define data-tracking requirements for experiments.
• Maintain an archive of experiments with actionable recommendations.
• Identify data-quality issues before they impact decisions.
