Zusammenfassung

Remote is seeking a Senior Mobility Specialist to join the Onboarding and Mobility team. You will help employees relocate across borders, ensure compliance with local laws, and manage immigration cases. This role offers remote work with a global scope and cross-functional collaboration.

You will report to the Manager, Mobility, and work with the Mobility team to drive immigration strategies, expedite visa processes, mentor colleagues, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed immigration lawyer (Germany) with relevant licenses.
• Extensive immigration compliance and global mobility experience.
• Deep understanding of immigration processes and compliance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience in tech or hyper-growth environments preferred.
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus.

Aufgaben

• Monitor cases via case management and billing systems.
• Provide travel guidance and sponsorship case support.
• Offer legal guidance on immigration service delivery to clients.
• Own senior escalations to support Mobility Specialists.
• Assist leadership with large projects.
• Monitor dashboards and SLAs for timely responses.
• Develop in-house immigration services to boost revenue and client satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit visa/work permit applications.
• Mentor Mobility staff and participate in training material.
• Strengthen relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on immigration law and regulatory changes.
• Apply immigration knowledge to solve complex client cases.
