Zusammenfassung

Jabil is seeking a Master Planner to own the Master Production Schedule for assigned workcells, ensuring perfect alignment between demand, supply, and manufacturing capacity. You will drive on-time delivery, accurate forecasting, and continuous improvement, while mentoring production planners across the site.

You will lead RCCP, S&OP cycle activities, and KPI validation, collaborating with Finance on reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor-level degree in a related field (SC/Logistics/IE).
• Minimum 5+ years in a similar planning role.
• APICS CPIM or similar is a plus.
• Experience with SAP, Kinaxis RapidResponse, and Power BI.

Aufgaben

• Plan daily production using MPS to align customer demand with supply and capacity.
• Lead weekly MPS alignment meetings and report outcomes to management.
• Conduct RCCP, Demand Handover, and S&OP activities with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor Production Planners and drive continuous improvements in planning accuracy and systems usage.
