The role requires 2–5 years in related roles, a bachelor’s degree, and strong English communication; German is a plus. You will coordinate across Supply Chain, Planning, Production, Quality, Engineering, and Finance to drive metrics and improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• 2–5 years in Account Management or related roles.
• Experience in manufacturing/electronics/medical devices preferred.
• Fluent English; German desirable.

Aufgaben

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Coordinate requirements with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Planning, Production, Quality, Engineering, and Finance.
• Ensure timely order fulfillment and monitor delivery performance.
• Lead customer communications regarding schedules, escalations, and issues.
• Maintain accurate account data and reporting within ERP and business systems.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
