Lonza is seeking an Operations Planner for Manufacturing Complex 2 in Visp. You will oversee comprehensive operations planning, coordinating long-, mid-, and short-term activities including resources, materials, and investment projects requiring qualifications.

Responsibilities include shop floor scheduling for a 6 x 20kL mammalian facility, developing an integrated plan, and coordinating cross-functional teams to align with SPS/MPS. Requires GMP experience and SAP/MES knowledge.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or master's degree in supply chain or biotechnology.
• GMP production experience on the shop floor is a plus.
• Proficient in English; German a plus.

Aufgaben

• Schedule shop floor for a large mammalian facility (Manufacturing Complex 2).
• Develop integrated plans aligning short-term needs with the Master Production Schedule.
• Coordinate Procurement Planning, Manufacturing Leadership, Quality, Maintenance and Engineering teams.
• Own the SPS and coordinate with the MPS driven by Supply Chain demand planning.
• Improve planning accuracy; maintain scheduling tools and train users.
