International Executive Service Corps is seeking a Manufacturing Lead to oversee production from Tumbling to Final Packaging, ensuring strict adherence to SOPs, GMP, EHS, batch records, and MES for traceability while hitting budgeted quantities, yields, and cycle times.

The role includes organizing operator workload, supporting hiring and performance reviews, coordinating vacations, managing inventory in ERP, and driving continuous improvement by partnering with QA, engineering, and maintenance

Qualifikationen

• No formal education required.
• Very good English.
• Excellent German and/or French language skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Skype or similar tools.
• Strong organizational, communication and international teamwork abilities.
• 5–10 years of experience in a similar role with team leadership, ideally in medical device industry.

Aufgaben

• Organize operator workload to meet budgeted quantities and priorities.
• Lead production activities in Tumbling and Final Packaging per SOPs and work instructions.
• Ensure GMP and documentation in batch records/MES for traceability.
• Maintain inventory in physical and ERP systems; monitor KPIs.
• Collaborate with QA, engineering, and maintenance to troubleshoot and improve processes.
• Coordinate vacations/absences and participate in hiring and salary reviews.
