PRADA Store Vienna is seeking a Made to Measure Specialist to manage the full MTM sales cycle, from fabric introduction and measurements to alterations and after-sales care. You will deliver a personalized luxury shopping experience and build lasting client relationships.

• Fluent German and English

Aufgaben

• Deliver exceptional MTM service with fabric introductions, measurements, fittings and after-sales care
• Collaborate with store leadership to maintain client contact and drive growth
• Partner with MTM Regional Manager on product updates, training and strategy
• Work with CRM to source new clients and expand MTM network
• Achieve personal MTM sales targets and contribute to store KPIs
• Support colleagues with MTM processes and selling ceremonies
• Coordinate appointment bookings, orders and follow-ups with clients
• Represent Prada at MTM events and client activities
