foodora is seeking a highly analytical and strategic (Senior) Specialist, Logistics Operations to join our regional logistics team. This position is based in Budapest, Prague, Vienna or Stockholm, with a focus on driving daily operational excellence through rider staffing and forecasting to align supply with demand.

You will blend data-driven insights with end-to-end market ownership, manage KPI-driven initiatives across EU markets, and collaborate with central product teams on new logistics

Qualifikationen

• Experience: 3-4 years in high-growth tech, logistics, strategy consulting, or similar dynamic environment.
• Technical Fluency: strong working experience with Excel, SQL, and Looker, including KPI definitions.
• Education: University degree in STEM, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field.
• Analytical Mindset: hands-on mentality and logical thinking, data-driven decisions.

Aufgaben

• Forecasting & Daily Staffing: daily demand planning and rider staffing to balance service level and cost.
• Market Performance: own logistics performance for key EU markets and improve delivery times and fleet efficiency.
• Data Analysis & Insights: analyze large datasets to uncover actionable insights and influence regional strategy.
• Product Rollouts: lead operational launches of new logistics products and features.
• Project Delivery: manage regional projects to optimize rider earnings and logistics efficiency.
• Collaborate for Impact: partner with local logistics heads to translate regional strategies into local wins.
