Zusammenfassung

Mercury is recruiting an EHS Lead to oversee Environmental, Health and Safety at our Vienna project sites. You will ensure compliance with legislation, lead COSHH assessments and drive continuous safety improvements on large construction sites.

You have a relevant EHS qualification, 7+ years in construction EHS leadership, and strong communication skills to coordinate with project teams and subcontractors while promoting a safety-first culture across the organisation.

Qualifikationen

• Relevant Environmental, Health & Safety qualification required.
• 7+ years managing EHS on large construction sites.
• Experience leading EHS teams and coordinating with subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of current HSE legislation and COSHH.

Aufgaben

• Adherence to the project & Mercury Engineering Safety Management system.
• Coordinate development of task specific risk assessments, safe plans of action and permits to work.
• Carry out regular site audits and inspections, document results and follow up on corrective actions.
• Provide safety input to site management and EHS forums; liaise with project management on HSE issues.
• Ensure subcontractors adhere to project & group EHS policies & procedures.
