• Construct HR scenarios spanning talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and compensation design.
• Build tasks across recruiting, HR compliance, and organizational development.
• Develop scenarios involving HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and benchmarking tools.
• Apply workforce planning and compensation benchmarking to US and international standards.
• Author rubrics distinguishing authentic HR judgment from rote recall.
