Mercor connects elite creative and technical talent with leading AI research labs and is seeking a Regulatory Law Expert on a contract basis. This role is remote and focuses on shaping regulatory compliance programs across US and international frameworks, including agency investigations and enforcement actions.

You will own regulatory programs, draft reference memoranda and filings, and develop rubrics that distinguish authentic regulatory judgment.

Formación

• 5+ years as regulatory attorney or compliance counsel.
• Direct ownership of regulatory programs and enforcement matters.
• Fluency with regulatory tooling and understanding agency rulemaking.

Responsabilidades

• Design regulatory compliance program scenarios across agencies.
• Develop filings, memoranda, and enforcement responses.
• Create rubrics distinguishing authentic regulatory judgment.
• Work across US/EU regulatory frameworks and international directives.
