Erste Bank Oesterreich is seeking a skilled Cost Controlling professional to join the Group Finance team in Vienna. The role focuses on personnel cost planning, KPI creation, regular reporting to top management, and cross-department collaboration with Retail, Corporates, Risk Management, Controlling, HR partners and leadership.

You bring a university degree with focus on Controlling, HR, Data Sciences or Business Law, 5+ years in HR Controlling or payroll, strong MS Office and SAP (CO/HR); SAC

Qualifikationen

• Completed university degree with a focus on Controlling, Human Resources, Data Sciences or Business Law.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in HR Controlling or Payroll Accounting, ideally within the banking sector.
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP (CO and/or SAP HR); SAC and Tableau knowledge is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Austrian labor law.
• Strong analytical skills, team spirit, commitment, and enjoyment of communicating with a variety of stakeholders.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.

Aufgaben

• Planning personnel costs in alignment with the Group's strategy.
• Defining and monitoring KPIs, and supporting business units in achieving HR cost targets.
• Regular reporting on personnel cost developments to top management and participation in strategic projects.
• Analyzing the current cost structure, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and maintaining communication with stakeholders.
• Continuously developing HR controlling, personnel cost management, and reporting processes (visualization and digitalization).
• Regular collaboration with Retail, Corporates, Risk Management, Controlling, HR Business Partners, and Top Management.
