Zusammenfassung

Erste Bank Oesterreich is seeking a senior position in Cost Controlling within Group Finance. You will partner with HR and finance to plan personnel costs, monitor KPIs, and report to top management.

The role emphasizes cost analyses, stakeholder communication, and ongoing process improvements in HR cost management. Because the department collaborates across Retail, Corporates, Risk Management, and HR, you will influence strategic cost targets and participate in key projects.

Qualifikationen

• Completed university degree with a focus on Controlling, Human Resources, Data Sciences or Business Law.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in HR Controlling or Payroll Accounting, ideally within banking.
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP CO and/or SAP HR; knowledge of SAC and Tableau is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Austrian labor law.
• Strong analytical skills, teamwork, commitment and stakeholder communication.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.

Aufgaben

• Planning personnel costs in alignment with the Group's strategy.
• Defining and monitoring KPIs, and supporting business units in achieving HR cost targets.
• Regular reporting on personnel cost developments to top management and participation in strategically relevant projects.
• Analyzing the current cost structure, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and communicating with stakeholders.
• Continuously developing HR controlling, personnel cost management, and reporting processes (visualization and digitalization).
• Collaborating with Retail, Corporates, Risk Management, Controlling, HR Business Partners, and Top Management.
