Qualifikationen

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Significant experience in HR Controlling, FP&A, Workforce Planning, or Finance Business Partnering.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, personnel cost management, and analytics.
• Advanced Excel and BI skills (Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, SuccessFactors).
• Hands-on, analytical mindset with ability to build structures from scratch.
• Experience in fast-paced, international, ideally private equity-backed environment.

• Build and establish HR Controlling across the NovaTaste Group.
• Partner with HR and Finance to drive workforce transparency and performance management.
• Provide financial and workforce insights to support strategic business decisions.
• Lead personnel cost budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning processes.
• Develop HR KPIs, executive dashboards, and management reporting.
• Support organizational transformations, acquisitions, and value creation initiatives through data-driven analyses.
• Continuously improve reporting, analytics, and data quality standards.
