u-blox AG is seeking a Senior Application Engineer to join the Application Engineering team in a dynamic, international environment.

You will provide technical support to global customers, coordinate with Product Development, R&D, Product Management, Field Application Engineering, Sales, and Quality teams, and act as the technical product expert to ensure customers receive product knowledge, design-in guidance, and support.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Strong customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand customer system architectures and provide expert technical support.
• Experience with GNSS technology and INER/Industrial Navigation and Robotic markets is highly valued.

Aufgaben

• Manage customer expectations with on-site and remote technical support for GNSS applications.
• Contribute to technical product documentation and manuals.
• Provide design-in vehicles, prototypes, and tailored technical solutions for customer adoption.
• Analyze non-conformities and support root-cause investigations with R&D and Quality teams.
• Collect and communicate customer feedback to drive product enhancements.
• Support from design-in through maintenance phases for seamless integration.
• Host technical trainings and workshops for Field Application Engineers and customers worldwide.
