Zusammenfassung

SOS Children’s Villages is seeking a Finance & Controlling Advisor for Humanitarian Action to lead budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis across multiple NOs and partners. You will ensure compliant financial reporting, strengthen capacity of finance teams, and oversee cash flow and funding transfers.

English fluency and international exposure are essential. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting/Business/Economics with 5–8 years of relevant experience, and travel up to 20%

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
Professional certification (CPA/ACCA/CMA) is an advantage.
5-8 years of relevant professional experience in finance operations or programme finance.
Experience in an international/humanitarian context is desirable.
Willingness to travel internationally up to 20%.

Aufgaben

Budget development for large-scale humanitarian interventions.
Departmental budget management including forecasts and variance analysis.
Financial monitoring across member associations and recommendations for corrective actions.
Develop and maintain financial management tools and reporting formats.
Capacity building and training of finance staff in member associations.
Manage funding transfers and cash flow planning across projects.
