Talentir is building the fastest Autonomous Payout Operating System. We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to close high-value deals and scale the sales machine.

You will own end-to-end cycles, engage CFOs and treasury leaders, and work with our top engineers to embed the world’s leading payout solution. You will join a lean seed-stage team as the second sales hire, with a compensation model featuring uncapped commissions and meaningful equity.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales in fintech or payments.
• Experience selling to CFOs or treasury leads.
• Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder buying committees.

Aufgaben

• Close enterprise deals ranging from $20M to $1B+ in annual payout volume.
• Run full-cycle enterprise sales from prospecting to close.
• Coordinate with clients and engineering to ensure smooth handover to tech teams.
